Rebecca Garland, Chief Academic Officer for the NC Dept. of Public Instruction, joins Bill to discuss newly proposed curriculum changes. Some of these changes, like adding Global Studies for "Reexamining the role of their country within new global complexities," and having 11th Graders learning Federal History from only 1877 are beginning to draw fire.
