SLim Jim Garner Plant Decision Mulled
John Bresland, Chairman of the Chemical Safety Board, discusses new proposed changes to avoid a repeat of the Garner plant explosion. Meeting tonight at the Downtown Raleigh Sheraton (2/4/10) @ 6pm to announce final decisions of the Board.
