Alissa Bierma joins LuMaye to talk about the lawsuit her group “Neuse Riverkeeper Foundation Inc.” and a group called the “Watershed Protection Council” filed against the Wake County Commissioners. The lawsuit involves a recently changed Ordinance; this allowing Developersto change the rules so they can build a shopping center potentially endangering area water supplies.
